Bring snacks if you don't sign up for the food trip, or bring $ and buy on board. Really fun time! P.S. - We saw an eagle in the trees right after we left the station. So keep your eyes open.

The people, including both the workers and other customers are extremely kind. We were late but they still waited for us. So my tip, get there on time and talk with the volunteers and staff on board! They know a lot about the area and have a lot to share about the history and some cool things to keep an eye for!

Take food and drink to get the experience. Stopped at Paradise Pizza in town and it was great. We had 11 Grandkids with us and it was a fun day.

Don't forget to register your tickets with the railway before heading off for your train ride! Lunch and snacks are welcome onboard.
