The staff at Bertuca has always been warm and welcoming. I love the atmosphere there. Dorota is truly a gem!

Wonderful experience! My husband & I needed pedicures, and I worried that he would be too skittish. Faith immediately put him at ease, and he even had a manicure! He is a stroke patient, & they made it easily accessible and comfortable for him. We loved revery minute, from the ambiance to the massage chair to the feeling that I was walking on air afterwards. Andrea & Faith has our trust!

My hubby needed a mani-pedi in the worst way, and I needed a pedicure. Faith made us both feel SO comfortable while she attended to us! The salon was spotless, and we both loved the massage chair during our pedis. We plan to become regulars, as the good feeling has lasted all day long. Oh, I want to add that my hubby is recovering from a stroke, but Andrea was so helpful! Such a pleasant experience!

Dorothy does a FANTASTIC job doing no-chip manicures while be sanitary and concerned for your health. The polish stays on until it is professionally removed.

Had a nice experience at the salon. They have taken extra measures for safety. Faith gave a nice pedicure and I will be back.

I purchased 2 facials and fell in love. Tanja was the best. I have gotten facials at several places throughout Chicago but definitely will be returning to Bertuca from here on out.
