No water for the hour before and no food for two hours to an hour and a half before- then you are guaranteed not to have to use the restroom half way through! Bring water to drink during class.

Arrive 20 to 30 minutes before class, take a water bottle. It' saw good idea to have a towel to lay on your yoga mat, be prepared for a good 90 minute workout!
