I have only made the reservation. However, you have to make your reservation online and when you go to their site if the time slot you choose has no openings it just says the site is not working right now. It actually means that date has no openings. I tried for 2 days for it to be working then I had to e-mail someone to find out the problem. If there was a phone number to call instead of e-mail I couldn't find it.
