The colonic treatment caused me harm. The insertion tube was too large for me resulting in a hernia and the water flow was not administered correctly resulting in a hernia!

You need to provide a clean, orderly, clinic. The bathroom should be wiped down after each customer: toilet seat, handles....and there should always be hand soap and towels, of which there was noe. Speak less. Your knowledge is of great value when delivered in segments and not all at once.

This is a medical treatment and the facility did not look like a medical facility, it basically looked like a home and a person that does this treatment from her house.
