The glasses I bought were never fitted properly I was kinda given my glasses without a proper fitting and looking to buy new glasses because these have been an awful experience and costly

Too much confusion - not a typical "soothing" Dr's office - TV monitor showing information regarding different eye procedures, music blaring in the background along with an intercom announcing phone calls. Taken into the 1st exam room several eye tests done. Equipment was not cleaned between patients. Technician took a phone call which appeared to be personal during exam.Would not go back!!

the so called lens protection coating is very low grade.even tho we have been back for a recoating and use the special cleaner and cloth the glasses get scratched quick. we boh had to spend additional money to have our glasses redone by our regular optometrist!we wound up spending more money than we would have if we had gone to our regular guy first.in an effort to save money we spent more money!!!I'm real upset.!!
