Sue was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend her to anyone. As a former hair stylist myself, I am always looking for someone both competent and friendly to do my hair. I have had lots of experience with bad service and bad hair --- and have never bothered to waste time or effort in giving a review. However, Sue Nichols was EXCELLENT --- such an unexpected treat!! My hair looks fantastic and spending time with her was equally enjoyable. It was obvious that she not only cared about giving me the best possible "look" but that she enjoys spending time with her clients and using her talents to help others. She enjoys her job and it shows. She even took the time to explain future pricing for retouch on highlights, etc. - all making perfect sense to me both professionally and as a mom who does not like to spend time and money on myself all too often. :-). An emphatic thumbs up to Sue at Sun Beam Salon!
