We will definitely be back. The owner's parents were so helpful and curteous. The products are high quality and the experience was very positive.

This last experience was not the best. It was a little crowded so we picked a table that was empty. While I realize this was what looked like the "birthday" area it was the only two tables clear. When we went to sit down our pieces were picked up, moved to a table that already had a family there, and told to sit there. My first thought was that maybe there was a birthday party that day. Well we were there for 2-3 hours and no birthday party came. Towards the end we had people in our group finishing at different times. We were given coupons on our bags. We gave these coupons to others in our group who were finishing their pieces. When they finished they went to pay and the lady told them they could not use those coupons. I am sorry but there was nothing on the coupon that said you couldn't use it on the same day, we weren't using other coupons, and it wasn't a great feeling after others in our group just spent money there too. We usually go there once every 3 months and do several pieces. All other times have been good. I have recommended it to other people. This last time I just did not leave there feeling the same. I know they are a business and need to make money but I didn't feel the best customer experience and service that I have in the past.

Ceramic pieces seem a bit expensive................but so is going to a movie nowadays. NIce change of pace thing to do w/ Grandson. At first he was not interested but after getting inside he had a great time.
