My Art on Canvas's instructors don't limit themselves to a single classroom. Instead, they travel to locations where pockets of artistic enthusiasm tend to form—in restaurants, bakeries, museums, and even living rooms. Once they arrive, they demystify the artistic process, teaching adults and kids alike how to re-create a painting brush stroke by brush stroke. One night they might lead students in painting abstract floral designs, and the next they might demonstrate re-creating the silhouette of a moose against a backdrop of night sky. At the end of class, they send students home with their finished masterpiece and new artistic techniques, such as blending color and holding the brush in your hand rather than your teeth.
