They did not show up for my first appointment. When I called they said they never had it down. They rescheduled and then they were an hour and a half late with no phone call to tell me. Once they finally cleaned they did a good job but it was stressful to schedule it.

Did't really have Pure Life Cleanjng was switched to Blessed 2 Help. Was the worst cleaning job I have ever had. Left wet rags in shower, didn't clean microwave, didn't wipe off counters. Are clean kitchen sink, did't dust furniture. Didn't do much and this was a deep clean?? In fact they didn't do much.. Would never have them again. Shirley Sloan

They did not do near close to the "deep cleaning" as described in the offer. They just skimmed the surfaces, did not dust, did not thoroughly mop the floor or clean any other kitchen or living room surfaces. There were still dust bunnies/dirt in the corners of the rooms and living room rug was not vacuumed at all. I would definitely not reccomend them to any friends nor ever use them again.

They were one hour late. Never called me to let me know. I have a beautifully cleaned tub and shower enclosure, and that's about it.

Buyer beware. Did not show up for scheduled appointment, nor did they bother to call to advise me they would be late, not coming or to reschedule appointment. A week later, they still have not returned my call. To say that they are unprofessional is kind.

I would absolutely not recommend this company. They have horrible customer service. When I first scheduled with them, they were to be at my house at 3:00. They called periodically to say they were running a little late. This continued for 4 hours of "running late" and then they called to cancel at 7:00 at night. I had family coming in the next day so had to rush to get the house cleaned myself. The appointment was rescheduled for this past Friday. Again...they were to arrive at noon and by 1:00 they started with the "oh we are running late calls" again. At 2:00 I called them since the last call was that they would be there in 45 minutes (thus arriving at 1:45) and got the "still running late" song and dance and was told they would be there sometime that day. That is unacceptable and I thus canceled the appointment completely and will never cal them again. Will also make sure to let my family, friends and associates know of the bad service and advise them not to ever call this company.
