This gym is great. The workouts change every day, and I definitely feel stronger and healthier after going regularly. The staff are engaged and attentive--they seem to have good intuition between letting people do their thing, giving encouragement when the workout gets tough, and offering help or extra weight as needed. I definitely recommend PSTI.
