This is an incredible workout and so fun! I could definitely feel myself getting stronger each time I went. I did moves that surprised me. I highly recommend trying it!

I really enjoyed my first class at Urban Aerial Fitness. The teacher was very knowledgeable and I learned some great new dance moves. She gave a lot of individual instruction and was patient. I would highly recommend it.
