Immediately felt right at home - staff and clients are so welcoming. Instructors are energetic and fun - even at 8.30AM Saturday!

This place is great! I couldn't wait to try it. Ali and her other instructors and employees go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and help you succeed. I still go, and I love it! I can't recommend it enough!
