About Frankfort Yoga Studio

Tucked inside a refurbished building constructed in 1907, Frankfort Yoga Studio exudes a natural calm. The three classrooms' original maple wood and terrazzo floors sprawl out under towering 15-foot ceilings, and ample sunlight floods the space through 10-foot-tall windows. Amid the tranquil, historical ambiance, the studio's certified instructors guide students of all ages—including kids—through more than 20 yoga, fitness, and dance classes every week.

They helm an eclectic roster of sessions that draws on styles ranging from basic to advanced. Aside from asana-based sessions, yogis lead courses such as Pilates, tai chi, and drumming. To further refine students' skills, Frankfort Yoga Studio trains teachers-to-be and organizes annual retreats that, like the fickle leaves of an indecisive tree, change with the seasons.
