The instructor was obviously very knowledgeable but was able to convey the necessary information in a way that was understandable and down to earth. I appreciated the focus on gun safety and what to do in a difficult situation. He was able to answer all my questions. He had a great sense of humor but handled the subject matter with extreme seriousness. He made the class fun and helped us learn about a serious topic. It was a perfect balance.
