We took the morning tour and our driver was a retired policeman who was an excellent tour guide. He was clearly enthusiastic about showing Pittsburgh and had an amazing knowledge of interesting facts and anecdotes of the places he showed us. The weather was very bad and there were only 3 of us on the bus tour, but that did not stop the driver from giving a detailed description of everything. Besides my husband and myself (a former travel agent), who are long-time residents of a Pittsburgh suburb, the other passenger was a visitor from Germany, who spoke and understood English perfectly. This young man is working in the German embassy in Wash.DC and had come to Pittsburgh just for one day, specifically to see our city. He was impressed and enjoyed our fair city! I would certainly recommend this tour to any visitor. The weather is beyond anyone's control but the driver did such an excellent tour in spite of the rainy, chilly day that we were able to enjoy the city tour anyway. The driver made a great "ambassador" for the city of Pittsburgh! He was enthusiastic, well-trained with the history, and very gracious. Diane Wei
