Very friendly and professional. Don't rush and do quality job

The staff was friendly and took me on time

I waited an hour to be seen. After asking how much longer I was told a different person was going to do it. He didn't see me for another 15 minutes because he was too busy on his phone. Very annoyed. I was in the chair for 15 minutes meanwhile waited for an hour. The straightening job was done poorly as well because i had to flat iron it this morning. Very disappointed.

It was an expensive blowout!!
