Very fun, high energy, inclusive class! I saw a mix of men & women of all fitness levels and abilities all in it to win it! Instructors were great motivators, but allowed you to move at your own pace. Don't know the routines? I didn't either... No problem, just do your best and MOVE!! Great class!!
