This was a great deal for all three sites. We made a day out of it and explored them all. We started at Lotz, then Carter House, and last the plantation. The order worked well for us.

Entire family absolutely enjoyed the entire tour! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! Even teenagers were enthralled with the history and the feeling of both houses. Well worth the money and will do it again when we are back in the area!

I visited The Carnton Plantation, The Carter House, and The Lotz House and all 3 guides were great. Great day trip for anyone that loves civil war history.

Just go and enjoy. The tour guides are fabulous. There is no photography inside the house.

Very impressive. All the history you will hear. If you can't stand for long periods, make sure you ask for a foldable chair to sit on because some pieces are very lengthy
