Noi makes the BEST special-order cakes in Williamson County! They are very creative, one-of-a-kind and will always delight the recipient. Quality ingredients and almost too pretty to eat!!

I purchased a dozen cupcakes of various flavors from Noi Gifts and Gourmet. They were moist and had great flavor. The icing was really nice as it wasn't stiff or hard yet had a great taste and texture. I shared these with friends and all enjoyed them as well.
