Very impressed with Innovative and their great staff and classes

Very excited to continue my trial.

they say first impressions are what everyone goes by and my first time here was just that. ..a great first impression. You feel like you've been a member for a longtime. They get to know your name and are just very helpful.

Still exploring all there is to do, but love the water exercise, doesn't hurt my joints.

As a new member, I've tried multiple classes such as Zumba, Aqua Zumba and Bodypump. As a new person, it was difficult to follow the steps in Zumba. It would be nice if the instructor would take just a few minutes before the class starts to go over some of the basic steps. There were other new ones in the class too.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The gym has a nice atmosphere overall.

happy for the child care for older kids and ability to bring my newborn to gym and keep him in stroller next to my machine

Very dark. I would prefer more windows/lights/skylights (in upstairs treadmill area). Working out needs to be bright and exciting not dark and depressing

For such a huge complex, there is not enough cardio and machine equipment and the area is very small compared to other clubs. The track area and pool area for adults takes up most of the space. Nothing for children there and the childcare room is extremely small. The machine equipment is old and the cardio machines do not have TV's on them. The fitness center does provide TV that you would turn your radio to listen, but there are so small and so difficult to watch. They really need to update their facility.
