Professional, yet friendly and warm. Elise was the consummate professional but was very good at explaining the procedure, how it would affect the skin, background in the procedure and skin in general. I was totally comfortable and very pleased with my results. With just one treatment I had noticeable clarity and brightness. Elise in no way tried to upsell me. I will def be going back.

Omg my experience was wonderful!!! I have to come back Elise was AMAZING!!! She was very informal she explain the procedure before anything. She made me very comfortable. She let me know what i was going to be expecting. She informed me about the products she was going to be using. Asked about what i was use previous on my skin so she can know my skin better!! Most definitely want to come back.

Dr. Stein was very warm and welcoming. The nurse was very kind and answered all my questions. She gave me a lot of information as well. She was very clear on the procedure before she started. I did see an immediate change in my skin after, but I do see that I will need subsequent visits following which the nurse explained prior. Definitely going back.

Elise was very professional, calm, understanding and sociable. I was able to attend my meetings afterwards no flareups, no blemishes, no issues. I would definitely recommend her services.
