Yoga + Herbs has the best teachers around. I love Annie and Vidya. The yoga room is small and intimate and you get personal attention. The studio has been recently redecorated and is a lovely and calming space. They offer a variety of classes not found elsewhere. I highly recommend to both experienced and new yogis.
