Good job...Keep up with your excellent staff and clean and quiet atmosphere.
if you have a non english speaking therapist, you should have someone translate any bodily concerns/areas because my therapist knew no english!
I understand that they want to create an atmosphere for relaxation, but I think the lighting in the lobby is way too low. If you have to wait for your appointment you cannot read or do anything that requires a little light.
I enjoyed my experience at A Perfect Day Spa, however I DO NOT think it's professional for your masseuse to ask for tips. You feel obligated to tip (even if service was not stellar). For them to stand there with their black book and a note that says PLEASE TIP/THANK YOU is not great business nor is it good for customer service.
Please do not play Michael Jackson music even if it is soft in the treatment rooms. Play only soothing music. Have something pleasant in sound and scent. Lower your voices so you don't disturb those in treatments. Have more staff at the front, 1 person isn't enough if a line forms when checking in.
the place is very smelly
add some relaxation music to make it better
Diana is an excellent massage therapist.
Warm up the room before the session starts.
