Easy to check in and get a spot. Instructor was nice. There is also shower room and hair dryer.

Get ready to sweat! I went and did hot yoga for the first time today and I am ready to do it again tomorrow morning. Instructor helped me with a few poses I was new to. Overall I think it’s a good thing to try, the amount of sweat is satisfying!
