Very clean and professional state of the art facility
Lovely facility. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff who responded to my needs after listening to me.
Friendly and helpful staff
Great customer service. I was surprised a physician conducted the laser hair removal, which is a major plus. For 90% of my experiences with this procedure, an RN completes the procedure. I do have a comment for an opportunity for improvement. Most people who get these types of procedures done are employed and work during the day. It would be more helpful to offer availability after 5PM and on weekends for to accommodate those schedules. Otherwise, I really like this company.
The most aweful experience ever!!!!! I do not recommend it to anyone. Stay away from that place.
The laser-treated area has hairs that clearly should have been killed but weren't. I know that because I've had laser before with better results. Since this is a multi-treatment package, I have to go back and just hope for the best. Another thing that really bothered me was how Dr. Lee treated his office staff. Although he was friendly and polite toward me, he berated her in front of customers, including me. That included accusations ("You missed that deadline and cost me thousands of dollars!" "You don't know the scanner on that machine? How come? You're supposed to know the repairman is here! Now go get him before he leaves!" "Do you understand me??") I found his office person, Suzanne, was very competent and well mannered. She didn't deserve to be treated that way, and I'm guessing he treats the rest of his staff and his family the same way.
the patients have no say in their treatment. whatever the doctor says goes. I went in there for armpit laser and asked the doctor to raise the heat so I can get a better result. But the doctor refused because they want me to keep on going back for as long as possible so they can make more money. I have had laser armpit removal before and I know that if you don't feel anything during the treatment, all the hair grows back again. Patients should have a say in their treatment.
