I really like that the laser didnt hurt at all. It took several sessions, I thought it worked already but after a few months that it ended, the hair is growing back, not as thick as before though. The location was far from me but I had to go. If I lived closer and the cheaper price, I probably would go again, otherwise I think I will look for someplace closer to where I live.

Didn't like very aggressive and rough language of the main person there.

Customer service was not that friendly. They book quickly with the laser and offer to try another method (sorry I forgot the name) which really is not that effective. I felt lack of information was given and felt I was hurried out of the room.

Worst services, they schedule appointments and are not available to honor that. They are just interested in making money, no one explains anything.
