Jessica is a professional and knowledgeable Pilates instructor. I'd recommend EVERYONE to try a class, you'll be glad you did. You probably won't stop with one class, rather you'll do like me and book many more!!!

This workout was definitely a full body muscle conditioning. I have been to similiar classes, but this was a new experience. Look forward to returning for another class next week.
