I had a hopeful expectation of yoga and am very glad to share that my experience was wonderful...absolutely wonderful! If anyone believes yoga is easy......join us and you will soon know otherwise. A great work out. Valerie is awesome and I look forward to practicing with the other instructors. Thank you for helping me focus and regain strength in my lower back.

I really enjoyed the introduction because she explained things about yoga that I did not know or that I assumed meant other things. I enjoyed my first session because you’re not pushed beyond your limits – it’s up to you to push yourself. I also really like that she gives direction instead of just giving the position name.

Thank you so much for a wonderful experience at aerial yoga. I hope to return soon and take more classes. I believe the aerial yoga complements a regular yoga practice with the core strength required to stabilize poses and the free floating poses. Thank you much.
