Alanna is great. You will experience one on one time with her. When I went she used the color I requested. When I went to highlights, they appeared to be very natural looking. She was excellent.

She is very eager to please. Both times that I have made an appt, though,I have been asked to change the time via a text that came later. I didn't appreciate being kind of "pushed" to have color when the topic was never mentioned by me. I also expected more than a shampoo, cut, and blow dry (which is the styling, I guess.)I am skeptical as to one's expertise when a haircut is given "dry". I am comparing my experience to what I enjoyed for years in another city. But, I did return for a second visit because she wants to please.
