About Make Expression

Make Expression's instructors help their students unleash their creativity through brush, glass, clay, and even their sense of smell. Classes include canvas painting, pottery painting, glass fusing, candle making, mosaics, clay hand building, mixed media, and more. There are no studio fees and, in addition to classes, customers can walk-in, attend camps, or host parties.

The teachers themselves use practically any medium and any surface to create their art; they've combined carefully placed nails and numerous skeins of yarn to create a uniquely textural tree that grows up the walls of their space. The walls of their studio house custom art and colorful mosaics comprised equally of smooth tiles and irregular ceramic scraps. They share these creations, and the skills that went into making them, with guests of all ages and abilities.
