It took 6 mths to finally get an appt. She kept cancelling and then she wouldn't respond to emails or phone calls to reschedule. Finally after 3 not so nice emails she responded, only to cancel again. She had promised extra time and the use of hot stones because she had cancelled so much, neither of which was offered at the time of service. And it was the worst massage I had ever had. I actually hurt worse when I left. I have had lots of massages, never like this one.
