The laser they use for laser hair removal is nearly painless. The staff is very kind and friendly. I would like to see a newsletter with monthly specials if there is one.

The waiting area is tiny and extremely uncomfortable. You are essentially sitting on concrete benches with smooth stones embedded into it. It's very cold and hard for a sitting area!
