It was like torture. The laser broke down 3 times during the course of my treatments and they didn't bother to call me so I showed up and had to go home. Staff is weird, too. Receptionist looks like a porn star. Not a very professional appearance.

Executive Exam is really not worth it - Time spent with an actual doctor < 3 min.
Eye exam is just reading letters from the wall.

They provided little patient education on the procedure and provided no information regarding specific post-procedure care. There was some information on the intake paperwork, however I'm sure the staff is aware that most patients do not read thoroughly before signing. It would be helpful for the physician to provide verbal pre-procedure education and then provide verbal and written information for the patient to take home regarding how to care for the treated area.
