Lux is a friendly salon, all employees were helpful and accommodating. My Stylist, Joshua talked to me about what I wanted in my hairstyle which was totally without shape after quarantining for so long! He knew exactly how to cut my hair for the style I wanted. My hair is quite short and needs to be cut, the ends thinned, and finally textured. The first hairdresser in Orange County that knew what I was talking about! Yay! Joshua also explained each product as he used it, so I could style it at home with the right products. I love the result! I can just run my fingers through my hair in the morning and it looks great! That's my final test. Any hairdresser can make your hair look great in the salon with lots of product, but the proof of the pudding is can I make it look great at home? The total Lux Salon experience was pleasant. I'm old eough to be Grammie to anyone there, but was very comfortable at Lux. Booked my next appointment with Joshua as I checked out.
