My back was killing me. I had to do something. Most doctors will tell you that its just all muscular tension that is spasming, but they don't tell you what to do for it to get immediate relief. They will prescribe muscle relaxers and pain pills, but they only make you drowsy. My massage technician really worked out the stress and the knots that were actually seen and felt on my back below the skin. I felt so much better after the session. That, my friends, was the "happy ending".
