grooming is great!!! Not sure about boarding. they look unprepared. I was able to walk in and stand around for awhile before anyone appeared. Behind the vacant desk was a dog. I could have taken the dog and left before anyone was aware of a problem. Only cameras would have been the saving grace, but the trauma to the dog would have already happened. The front desk needs to be monitored at all times, especially when a dog being kept is behind the desk. This concerns me enough that I love the grooming, but don't trust my dogs to be boarded there. Would have to tour a 2nd or 3rd time to get a better impression and that still might not help. First impressions are always lasting and permanent.
