Very nice staff. No nonsense place, not so trendy, just focused on fitness. No pressure. Very accepting of people who have various levels of fitness needs. Great location. I plan to continue going after group on special has expired. Deb Felton

I felt very comfortable at Next Level from the first day we went. I am thrilled to have a place close to my home where my whole family can attain their fitness goals. And there is no "high pressure" selling or contracts involved like larger gyms rely on to get people to join and are then disappointed after having to sign a long-term contract to even start exercising.

provide antibacterial wipes for the equipment, show new comers where things are, like towels. all you did was wave your arms and point at the bathroom and say have fun. not my idea of customer service.

too crowded..workout area is too small/congested...too many young kids & teens playing around
