I have already learned so much. The teachers are all so kind and fun! They teach you a lot about form and where to be pulling your strength from! I’ve been to quite a few yoga studios that didn’t do this as well as flip your dog does! I 💛 Flip Your Dog Yoga!

This is a fantastic yoga studio and the teacher was amazing! As a yoga student of 13 years,I highly recommend it. They have various classes that you can see on the website. I am a recovering cancer patient, so I need a gentle. And this checked every box.

Was so incredibly dissapointed when they closed the Hoschton studio!! It was the only place like it in my immediate area, and I still haven't found a replacement. Yoga is the only excersize I can do and the Gainesville location is too far away.

Really awesome yoga class. You feel absolutely wonderful when you leave. Mary, the instructor is great and the meditations are beautiful and relaxing. Relaxes the whole body, mind and spirit.
