I was pleased with the worked performed by My Air Duct Pro. They were extremely polite and most professional.

We had the air ducts cleaned a few months ago. They stated we had mold. I meant to contact another company for second opionion, but accidentally chose My Air Duct Pro again. We are now having them spray for mold, and will test to see if their service is legit. So, at this time, we would reserve a comment whether we would recommend them, until we have more results. The price for the cleaning was reasonable. The price for spraying for mold not so reasonable.

The two representatives that performed the services at my home were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were willing to go the extra mile to see that the customer received adequate, professional, affordable service.

the technicians that came out were unfamilar with my unit and said it was not what i had purchased. when they finally agreed to conduct the service, they spent 10 mins with a vacuum cleaner and paint brush to clean the unit.

The technician did not fully perform the services that I paid for. Since November 13, 2012 the merchant has not responded to my concerns about the service I paid for and did not receive. I have disputed the amount to my credit card company. As of December 3, 2012 the full disputed amount of $800.00 is credited to my cc account.

The technicians were pushy for more services. They did little more than vaccum the vents. I read them the description of services expected and he seemed to have no idea of the promises. They did not have a negative vaccum system nor a push-pull brushes system. I would nNEVER use them again. I have had terrible luck withl services so will only purchase restaurant vouchers in the future if at all.

They didn't stay very long, but the first thing the guy did was to check for mold only to say he saw some and a professional would charge $2600 but his fee was $400. He didn't even go to the vents in the basement and the return on the furnace itself wasn't cleaned when another company wanted to charge me extra to clean that particular return vent! So yes, I was disappointed in this company, especially how quickly they were in and out. Considering my vents have never been cleaned and the house is 18+ years old, either I am the cleanest house ever or they didn't do a thorough job.

Worst service ever....bad attitude, don't waste forty nine dollars!

It seemed as if they were only concerned with getting me to purchase more services, and pointing to dried paint, telling me it was mold. Luckily I had done my homework on duct cleaning before they came.

This company is out to ripe people off! Stay away!
