Jose is amazing!

First let me say they did a beautiful job with the color, unfortunately that is about the only compliment I can give. Expect to spend $30-$60 more for any of the options including hair color. I was warned when I called to make an appointment that if I had longer hair there might be additional charge ($30 each extra tube). I had shoulder length wavy fine hair coming in into the saloon, left with a Long Bob (just below chin length) and $60 of charges for extra coloring they stated was required -- basically making the services with the group-on equal to their normal charges. The "conditioning treatment" was nothing more than standard conditioner which wasn't even that effective -- I've been to $10 haircut places with better conditioners. The package included a blow dry which I attempted to unsuccessfully decline, as I never blow dry my wavy hair. The additional charges imposed alone will make me hesitate to return despite the beautiful color result.

Overall I had a good experience there. I was nervous that they wouldn't be able to handle my curly hair, but Debby did a great job with my keratin treatment
