I can't say enough about how much I loved my experience here!! It had been a very long time since my last salon visit, and being new to the area, I was excited to see if this salon would be the right fit. I will 100% be coming back from now on! I was greeted warmly at the front desk and paired with Julia, who from the start was incredibly welcoming and fully invested in making sure I was satisfied with my visit. She took the time to ask me about my current hair routine and what I was looking to achieve, and helped me feel much better when I shared I was nervous about cutting my hair. I've had poor experiences with previous stylists not knowing how to work with curly hair, but Julia obviously is a master of her craft and went above and beyond to give me a cut that works with my style. She also gave me a deep conditioning treatment that completely transformed my dehydrated hair. She then suggested products that I could use to continue my hair care at home and gave me step-by-step instruction on how to use the products effectively. I never felt pressured to buy anything, but after seeing the incredible results I was more than happy to splurge on these quality products!! I interacted with several other stylists and team members and everyone was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I cannot wait for my next visit, and I know you will love Shear Reflections as much as I do!
