Wonderful service with pleasant personnel, the team was incredibly friendly and skilled. Unfortunately their quote for a monthly service was too expensive for me. I received a quote for $150 a month and I currently pay $107 for the same services with another agency.

Professional appearance. The work they accomplished in the two hours was done well. Wish they could have cleaned the floors beside the kitchen floors in their allotted time.

Someone should be in the office to answer phone calls before 11am. I had a question regarding my service that morning and could not get a hold of anyone until then...what a waste of an entire morning!

I had two ladies come to my home. They were a little late and when they got there advised me on what they wouldnt do. Its frustrating to pay money and then to hear all the things that cant or wont be done. One person was new and was being helped from the other veteran lady. Once they were done with the 3 hours the rooms were still dirty and not very well swept or mopped. It was a poor experience and for 3 hours and under 1100 sq ft it should have been spotless.

I paid for 3 hours - they only stayed for 2 and the atmosphere was pretty awkward. They have an extensive list of things they WILL NOT do and the things they WILL do are things my children can do. Over the course of 2 hours my dishes were done, counters wiped down, they didn't touch my living room, nor was my bathroom cleaned. If I am paying somebody I expect walls, windows, dusting, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, floors, cabinets - ya - none of it happened. Very disappointed
