Really nice and did a fantastic job! The deep conditioning treatment felt amazing!!

For me it was a very pleasant experience. I got the works done, color, high-lights, blow dry, trim and it looked great! At the same time it was a relaxed enough environment, so that time seemed to go by quick.

Great good will be going back and would recommend to friends !! She is very personable!!

Spend more time consulting with the client on the color they actually want and listen to what they say. Also improve on your hair cutting skills, so the client doesn't have to go elsewhere to have there haircut evened up.

Terrible customer service. She was rude, extremely unprofessional and ignored my input on what I wanted for my hair. She picked a color that was totally opposite from what I requested. Never use this vendor she is not worth the time.

My hair was dyed the wrong color you can see the line from my old color the old color was a blonde and the color she put in is a ugly faded brown. She butchered my haircut I told her to trim it and she kept cutting more and more til she had taken 5 inches off. The cut is jagged and goes at an angle Across the back. I will be going today to pay $130 for some one to fix this mess.
