Excellent service, professional and friendly, attention to detail. Thom noticed that the deadbolt lock on my front door was a little loose, pulled out a tool, and fixed it before I knew what was happening!

From their prompt and courteous communication to the quality of the carpet cleaning, we are extremely glad we hired ASC. My husband and I are so satisfied, we've hired them to repair our carpets, too. Especially impressive was the fact that Thom stuck to his estimate of what he'd need to charge us to complete the work even after the carpet turned out to be more stubborn and difficult to clean than he expected. He said that if he misjudged the job, that was on him, not on us. You don't often see that kind of professionalism and courtesy these days. We can't recommend ASC highly enough.

All Spotless Carpets actually subtracts out the space your furniture covers on your carpets so you don't get charged for carpet they don't clean. Couldn't be happier with this company or its services.

Tom was great. He was running late and called to let me know. He also exceeded expectations and was able to get some stains out of my carpent. I would highly recommend this company.

They seemed really upset that we did not want to pay for extra stuff and we did not get a spot cleaner advertised . He said he will not remove any spots because we have to pay extra for that so basically paid for a really good vacuum (sixty dollars :( ) would not use or recommend them again . Sorry.
