What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We saw a need in the trade industry to provide a truly honest and transparent service to homeowners. So many customer have negative interactions with the trade services. Thermo Direct wanted to change those perceptions by exceeding our customer expectations and providing 5-star customer service.

What do you love most about your job?

We love educating our homeowners. An educated consumer is our best customer. They are no longer prey to high pressure sales from other companies. They understand the importance of not only comfort in a home, but healthy air quality, and energy efficiency.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Some of the best feedback we receive from our customers is that our Technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and take their time. Just fixing an HVAC system is a skill. However, having the knowledge and ability to explain how that system performs and effects the whole house is a talent!
