This was absolutely the worst service I have ever received from a hair dresser. A little tip: when you cut someone's hair, the least you can do is to ask if she/he LIKES the haircut.

Talk to your clients, make sure you know what they are there for. Make them feel comfortable. Example: I came in for a wash and cut, your worker asked me after my cut do you "still" want a wash? That's not how it works.
