Wish more locations in Gilbert and mesa

The Bootcamp teacher is absent a lot :(

I think your customer service is terrible. You made this promise to provide bootcamp sessions and I had planned my fitness schedule accordingly. Took a break from the gym, held off on another bootcamp session.....then you dont even return emails or phone calls letting us know that you are not honoring your commitment. Bad customer service!!

While I enjoyed the workouts and the times and locations of the classes, the organization is mismanaged, does not consistently pay instructors and as a result they do not show up consistently. Poor communication throughout.
