I attended a Chair Yoga class (knee injuries). I felt amazing when class was over. I am excited to go back! I would highly recommend this class to anyone. Thank you Janis for leading such a great class.

My first class was the gentle restorative yoga class with Cassandra and loved everything about it! Wonderful class, instructor, and friendly yogi’s. Can’t wait to go back!!

My husband and I have been going and we absolutely love the atmosphere. The instructors are amazing knowledgeable and very spiritual. This place is a must for anyone that wants to practice the art of yoga. Namaste...

This was my first time at this studio. I truly enjoyed the experience. I did the candlelight yoga and it was awesome. If you haven't done this class, then you should find out what you've been missing.
