My Wine Cellar celebrates vineyards across the world with a selection of more than 30 wines sold by the glass. Wine flights give customers a chance to sample vintages from around the world without having to book passage on a hot-air balloon. The menu of libations extends to craft brews that pair well with cheese boards and nuts hand-spiced with a blend of brown sugar and chilies. In fact, everything that exits the kitchen is made from scratch, including the salmon cakes and the bacon-and-squash flatbread flavored with herbs grown in-house. The talented chefs don't rush the art of cooking, giving guests plenty of time to sip their drinks and soak up the harmony of color and texture with the eatery’s abstract paintings and natural stone accent wall. Out on the patio, a string of lights illuminates stone-topped tables and iron chairs softened with decorative cushions.
